Common questions
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the app's settings and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account you used to buy.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On your iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose the subscription to cancel. Apple manages all App Store subscriptions, so we can't cancel one for you.
How do I get a refund?
Apple handles App Store refunds. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my data?
See Data retention and deletion in our privacy policy, or email us and we'll take care of it.
